✔️ San Marzano D.O.P. Tomatoes. - Grown in the volcanic soil of Vesuvius, these tomatoes offer a rich and slightly sweet flavor.
✔️ Mozzarella Fior di latte - High-quality cow's milk mozzarella, known for its creamy texture.
✔️ Dough made of type 00 flour - this special flour gives the pizza its characteristic airy and light texture.

Each pizza is handmade by skilled pizzaiolos and baked in a traditional wood-burning stove at a temperature of approximately 450°C (850°F) no longer than 90 seconds. The process results in a pizza with light, airy skin, slightly charred edges (cornicione) and soft, moist center.
